Returns & Exchanges
U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
We offer one pre-paid return label for any order over $75.00(non-sale items only). Returns will be refunded to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) and will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Email customer care requesting Return and include Order ID.
- You will be sent a return form and hassle free return label.
- Please Print and include return form in box.
- Complete the return form and please select reason for return. Please note, returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Adhere shipping label to shipping carton and do not apply to shoe box or damage original packaging.
- Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Please follow the instructions above. You must complete the return form and return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
